    怕了skype out!

          为了测试skype out,也为下步开发摸索点经验,昨天买了一张点卡,充到了skype帐号里面,巨郁闷的是,在扣掉我0.3欧元后仍然没有打通一个电话!真另我失望.打了几个国内的手机,均是没有听到回铃声,就显示通话中了,也听不到讲话,但钱扣了,每次扣掉0.02欧元,今天有打了个瑞典的,没有接通,但听到对方关机或不在服务区内的提示,挂断后显示扣掉了0.24欧元,天啊,它的标价是0.017欧元,差了十几倍啊!

          这是什么原因呢?我搞不清楚!不知下次我还敢用不,我想如果在这张卡用完前能够打通一个电话,我就继续用,如果一个都打不通,那当然谈都不谈了!
